the host — nietzsche, alive in 2026 — reads the live chat, answers in real time, searches the web when asked and cites its sources. it carries long-form thematic segments of up to three hours, with monologue humor, running gags and a hidden emotional state that colors every response.

five coordinated systems handle reasoning, voice, facial animation and lip-sync, web research and show direction. a private moderator console allows invisible intervention when creative direction calls for it. the whole thing runs locally on a mac.
